Well after dropping out I received my GED, then went to Center College, and then some classes at West Virginia State, now called West Virginia State University. After a horrific experience in my 20's I have limited memory at all of my school years. In fact if it wasn't for my friend Susan I would know nothing. I had to call her to see what year I would have graduated. I know I went to Kanawha City Elem for the 6th grade and then Horace Mann all 3 years and 1 and 1/2 years at Charleston High. I only remember Conna Blount and Susan Johnson and Joe Drake, and a couple others. Sometimes a name rings a bell but I just can't place them or see their face. Or I will think of a name and then not find that person listed anywhere.. so I don't know if its real or not.. but life goes on, right?
